What to do in case of a cancellation?
 

  1. Please inform us of your cancellation in case of an event that keeps you from leaving on a holiday.
  2. Declare the event within 5 working days or as soon as it takes place:

What to do in case of a shortened stay?
 

  1. Pay the full sum of the stay to the campsite.
  2. Inform the campsite of the early departure.
  3. Declare the event within 5 working days or as soon as it takes place:

    - By e-mail : sinistre@campez-couvert.com
    - By regular mail: Gritchen Affinity - Service Sinistre - BP66048 - 18000 Bourges, France

 

After this delay, if the campsite is subject to any prejudice for a late declaration, you will loose all the rights to compensation. We will provide you with the necessary information to declare the event of your cancellation. It is up to you to send us all the required information justifying your cancellation in order to evaluate the amount of your compensation .

If the reason of your cancellation is medical, you can send your confidential medical information to ALLIANZ. The General Terms of the insurance contract are available on the website: www.campez-couvert.com
